Custom one-of-a-kind controller conceived and built for someone with cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or elderly who has reasonably good dexterity in the thumb of one hand, possibly with fingers that are slightly contracted or full movement, possibly whose arm prefers to remain at mid-chest height or has some need to move the arm around during gameplay. The thumb joystick is just like those on standard PlayStation and Xbox controllers. Push down on the joystick for a fifth button. Four finger buttons down the length of the handle align with the four fingers of the hand.
Compatible with:
- Xbox Access Controller X1 or X2 analog joystick ports
- Hori Flex Access Controller
- Broadened Horizons Versatility v2, v3, or v4
