1. Return Rules

  • Return Window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Exceptions: Customized products, digital items, and final sale items cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping:
    • Our mistake (wrong item, damaged product): We provide a prepaid shipping label.
    • Change of mind: You cover return shipping. Always use a trackable method.

3. Processing Returns

  • Inspection: Returned items are checked within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll either replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellations

If you cancel before your order ships, we will issue a refund within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy occasionally. Major changes will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of our site after updates means you accept the new policy.
