It may be that it has come from the factory like this or it could be that we have resurfaced the disc using the best resurfacing machine on the market. Shipping to regional or more remote regions of Australia may attract a higher cost for postage, particularly if an item is larger, so please ask before purchase as we cannot always post to these places for free/stated postage.
