Cyborg heroes, Tasuke and Kyapiko, have restored peace to the city after defeating the evil Dark Skull; however, their quiet life is interrupted when the scientist who turned them into cyborgs is kidnapped. The scientist had promised to return them to their original human bodies, a task now complicated by his capture. The duo soon discovers that an alien empire led by the villainous Ryo is behind the abduction and plans to conquer the world. Arnold and Sonya must fight through various action and side-scrolling shooter stages to rescue their creator, defeat the Ryo Empire, and avoid two other “dark” Shockmen, Jeeta and Mue, who possess similar powers.
