Jim Power in “Mutant Planet” for the TurboGrafx-CD is a side-scrolling action platformer and shooter game released in Japan in 1993. In this version, Jim Power is a detective for the “Special Warfare Unit for the Security of President Halley” (S.W.U.S.P.H.). When the President’s daughter, Samantha, is kidnapped by the mutant devil Vulkhor, Jim is sent to a distant world called “Mutant Planet” to rescue her.
