Inuyasha: Kagome no Sengoku Nikki (犬夜叉 〜かごめの戦国日記 lit. “Dog Yaksha: Kagome’s Warring States Diary”) is a RPG video game for WonderSwan Color, developed and published by Bandai, which was released in Japan in November 2, 2001 as the first game based on Inuyasha.
The game is divided into “Inuyasha no Mori” part where you use commands such as “Item” and “Topic” to contact Inuyasha, and “Exploration” part, where you progress the story while adventuring with your friends. By doing many events that take place in the “Exploration” part, the topics and items in the “Inuyasha Forest” part will increase, and the interaction with Inuyasha will be further enhanced.
Also, since the clock is built in the cassette, the game progresses in real time while linking with the actual time. Of course, many famous scenes from the original are recorded during the game, and familiar characters and enemy youkai appear.
In addition, as Inuyasha’s rival, there are many original episodes, such as the appearance of the original character, “Weasel’s Shippuu”. You can also review the story in the “Album Diary” and enjoy mini games such as “Hide and Seek”.
