Curses ‘n Chaos is a retro-inspired, single-screen arena brawler developed by Tribute Games for the PlayStation Vita, featuring high-stakes 8-bit style combat. The story follows bounty hunters Leo and Lea, who have been cursed by the evil Wizard King Algarr to be perpetually hunted by monsters and the Grim Reaper. To lift this death sentence, players must survive ten increasingly difficult waves of enemies per stage to collect rare ingredients for a legendary “Elixir of Life” crafted by the alchemist Allison. The gameplay emphasizes tight melee mechanics and a deep crafting system, where items dropped by foes can be combined to create powerful weapons and summons. Designed with a “one more try” arcade philosophy, the game supports cross-save and both local and online co-op, allowing two players to battle the underworld’s hordes together on the go.
