J.J. & Jeff is a quirky platformer for the TurboGrafx‑16 where two bumbling detectives—J.J. and Jeff—set out to solve a kidnapping mystery while navigating stages filled with bizarre enemies, slippery platforms, and humour rooted in ‘80s variety television.
Originating in Japan as Kato‑chan & Ken‑chan, the game’s U.S. localisation removes much of the toilet humour and replaces it with spray-cans and slapstick antics.
