Messmer the Impaler Helmet – Elden Ring

This is a digital 3D printable model of Messmer the Impaler Helmet from Elden Ring – Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed (STL) and files that are not cut into smaller pieces (OBJ). All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.
The Messmer helmet replica is designed as a high-detail collector display piece or a highly accurate wearable cosplay helmet.

SIZE
At 100% scale the model’s dimensions are approximately:
Width 255 mm
Length 310 mm
Height 334 mm

It was test-printed and fits a smaller head of 54 cm circumference / 17 cm diameter. Measure your head before printing and scale accordingly.

You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size, the model will print well. Read about the sizing and how to scale the models to fit your body here.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We use these settings for most of our prints:
Layer height 0.15 mm
Infill 15%
Supports 45°
For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.

Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible.
This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc. We use hex-pegs (included in the files) that will help you connect the cut pieces of the model.
