Even after many years in this business, I sometimes have an encounter that surprises me, making me think, “Oh, since when were you here…?” This slightly smarter “New Famicom” was one such unit.

If the original red-and-white Famicom is like a rambunctious childhood friend, this New Famicom is like that same friend after they’ve grown up a bit and returned from the city. Its appearance is more refined, and connecting it is easier with the AV output. But inside, the same “soul of play” still burns brightly.

And connected to it is the beloved black box, the Disk System. Ah, this box… it was truly filled with dream-like games. The ambitions of their creators and the records of our adventures, which couldn’t be contained in a cartridge: The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Kid Icarus…

However, I must be honest. Nowadays, getting a Disk System game or console can be a “gamble” that requires a bit of courage. “Is the data intact…?” “Will the console work properly…?” I understand that anxiety all too well. That is why I want to make a clear promise: Our shop’s game consoles are serviced one by one, and all of our game software is tested to be in working order. The gambling should be left for inside the games. We deliver nothing but pure peace of mind and the excitement of those days.

A slightly more mature Famicom and a treasure chest filled with timeless masterpieces. Why not take the time, once more, to savor this perfect combination?

Each console we deliver is carefully maintained, one by one, so that you can enjoy it for as long as possible, and with peace of mind.

The exterior is cleaned with care to restore as much of its original shine as possible. The internal board and connector pins are also inspected and cleaned to ensure proper operation.

This is not just a used item. It is a special machine, serviced with my own memories and my best wishes for its next owner.
