The back of the console shows slight scuffs, but overall it is in good condition.
The LCD screen is in very good condition with only minor surface scuffs.
All buttons and the volume control have been tested and work properly.

Batteries are not included. To play, you will need either two AA alkaline batteries, a dedicated battery pack, or the original AC adapter set (not included).
